This is a fun, hands-on experience where you can make two well-loved Japanese dishes: “Onigiri” (rice balls) and “Tamagoyaki” (Japanese omelet). Choose your favorite fillings and enjoy shaping your own onigiri in a relaxed atmosphere. For the tamagoyaki, each person will cook their own roll.

A Qibla sticker indicating the direction of Mecca is provided in your room.

KIMONO
You can enjoy
the Matcha experience
and cooking lessons while wearing a Kimono.
Available Sizes
Women: Adjustable to fit a wide range of heights.
Men: Suitable for heights up to approximately 185 cm.
You may wear the Kimono with your hijab (scarf) on.
Please note that rental may not be possible if a suitable size is unavailable.
Dressing Schedule
Dressing begins immediately after check-in (from around 2:30 PM).
You may enjoy wearing the Kimono until around 9:00 PM, after the tea ceremony, cooking lesson, and dinner time.
Photos in Kimono
You are welcome to take photos in your Kimono at any time during the rental period— during activities, in your
room, or in the garden.
Rental for walking around town or going outside is not available.

Uncle Hanyu
He supports the experiences and cooking lessons, handles transportation, and takes care of the garden. As the other host of “Hanyu no Obasanchi,” he is calm, reliable, and always there for our guests.
About the Cats
They usually stay in their own room and rarely appear in front of guests. However, they sometimes enjoy a little
“post-meal run” through the hallway. Guests with cat allergies, please be mindful of this when using our facilities.
